Online booking tips and reminders
If you can't find an available appointment online, contact your stylist. It can be because (a) they are already booked; (b) they haven't opened their schedule that far out yet; or (c) there isn't time for the services you are requesting.
Booking for the correct service(s) is very important. Appointments are based on time needed to complete the service. Correct booking ensures you receive the services you are requesting.
If you want to schedule a color service with a haircut go to the color section to see the possible combinations. The haircut section only allows you to book cuts and styles.
Stylists open their books a few months at a time. Pre-booking when you leave the salon is highly recommended.
Once our email confirmation has gone out, you cannot cancel or reschedule yourself online. Contact your stylist directly to help with a short notice cancellation request.

If you want a big color or style change, PLEASE let your stylist know so they can make sure you are booked for enough time.
Annie and Michelle do not offer online booking.
Salon policies
Appointment Cancellation
We appreciate you cancelling due to illness or potential covid exposure and understand these types of cancellations might come at the last minute, we extend grace.
If you are cancelling for other reasons please plan ahead and give us 24-48 hours notice so we are able to accommodate another client.
To avoid a cancellation fee, all cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge for half of the scheduled service. Not showing for your appointment will result in a charge for the full service.
Product Return/Exchange
We want you to love your products! Our stylists work with you to recommend products that fit your hair and lifestyle. If you are unsatisfied with a styling product or tool, we are happy to return or exchange it for an item that better fits your needs within 10 days of purchase.
