ARIEL VAN SPRONSEN- Apprentice

In all of her work, Ariel is driven by a desire to create beauty and harmony in form and function. Ariel comes to hairstyling from another design career, having recently made a big leap to pursue her lifelong dream of working with hair after a decade in the tech industry as a user experience designer.
Her strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail play out in cuts and color that are creative, balanced, and precise without being fussy. To Ariel, beauty is expressing the truest version of the person you are, not a concept dictated by external forces. Ariel strives to see the unique spirit of every person in her chair, and to collaborate with her clients to create styles that make them feel “just right.”
Ariel also believes that beauty is as beauty does, and loves to volunteer her skills to organizations she believes in. She is a graduate of the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute in Seattle and is currently pursuing advanced education with her mentors at AFH and with Sally Rogerson/S⋅R Education.
Be sure to say HI and welcome Ariel to the AFH team when you are in next.
